FAQ

Patient FAQ: Our Focus on Illness Care

We treat common illnesses such as cold, flu, sore throat, sinus infections, allergies, stomach flu, and many others.

No, WakiCare specializes exclusively in illness care and does not treat injuries.

Injury treatment often requires advanced resources and specialized care, such as surgical suturing, orthopedic evaluation, and emergency management, which are beyond the scope of our clinic’s illness-focused services. This allows us to provide faster, more affordable, and expertly tailored care for illnesses.

Our staff will kindly and promptly direct you to the closest appropriate care center for injuries to keep you safe.

We welcome walk-in patients daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. No appointment necessary—just walk in when you need care for a common illness.

We bill your visit as a regular office visit, so you pay your standard office copay — no urgent care copay. This typically means lower out-of-pocket costs. WakiCare accepts most major insurance plans.

Please bring:

  • Valid photo identification
  • Your current insurance card
  • Any referral or authorization required by your insurance
  • Payment method for services not covered by insurance (cash, credit, or debit accepted)

How is care at WakiCare different from traditional urgent care or ER?

  • Faster visits with shorter wait times
  • More affordable care with lower copays
  • Comfortable, illness-focused environment
  • Expert treatment tailored to common illnesses
